Project Based Leaning Hub
Thacher's new Project Based Learning Hub (GATES) fosters learning across academic disciplines, integrating both academic and hands-on learning. A maker lab anchors the lower level, surrounded by ceramics, robotics and photography classrooms and a symposium hall. The upper level collaboration hub is ringed by science, art and general purpose classrooms. A stairway with amphitheater seating connects the two levels.
LCM scope: Owner's representative / project manager for entitlements, permitting, design + construction management, financial tracking, agency close-out, warranty, archives.
